SHIPPING

Once we receive and process your order, you order will ship within 5-7 business days. 

You'll receive tracking information to the email listed in your order--make sure the email is spelled correctly and that you're using an email address that you want your shipping info/RevFwd Kicks™ emails to go to.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Outside of the following, we have a strict no refund, no return, no exchange policy:

You Received the Wrong Shoe (Exchange Only)
You should inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if you received the wrong shoe, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right:  info (at) revfwdkicks (dot) us.

Orders past 14 calendar days of the shipped date will not be considered.
