Shipping Timelines

When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping method you choose.
Shipping date estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be generated and sent via SMS or email using the contact details you provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status until it is successfully delivered.

Shipping Changes & Address Updates

After your package has been picked up by the shipping provider, we cannot and do not make any changes to the address or order details.
If you need to update or reschedule delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Order Cancellation Requests

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order; after this time, your order will be processed for shipment and cancellation is no longer possible.  To cancel, email info (at) revfwdkicks (dot) us.

Order Cutoff Times & Business Days

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Orders placed on Fridays with next business day delivery will be delivered on Monday.
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.

Additional Shipping Fees

We reserve the right to classify certain orders containing more than 5 items or specific select items as large orders.
In such cases, an additional shipping fee may apply based on the shipping option chosen.
This fee may be applied during checkout or after purchase, with notification sent via call, text, or email.
